    By accessing or using EmailSneak ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

    2. Description of Service

    EmailSneak is a sales outreach platform that provides email finding, AI-powered sequence generation, and email campaign management. The Service allows you to connect your Gmail or Outlook account to send emails through your own inbox.

    3. Account Registration

    • You must provide accurate and complete registration information
    • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
    • You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service
    • One person or entity may not maintain more than one free account

    4. Acceptable Use

    You agree NOT to use EmailSneak to:

    • Send spam, unsolicited bulk email, or messages violating CAN-SPAM, GDPR, or other applicable laws
    • Harass, threaten, or harm any individual or organization
    • Send misleading, fraudulent, or deceptive content
    • Violate any third party's intellectual property or privacy rights
    • Attempt to circumvent any rate limits, security measures, or access controls
    • Resell, sublicense, or provide the Service to third parties without authorization

    We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

    5. Email Sending & Connected Accounts

    When you connect your Gmail or Outlook account to EmailSneak:

    • Emails are sent from your own email account, not from EmailSneak servers
    • You are solely responsible for the content of emails sent through the Service
    • You must comply with your email provider's terms of service and sending limits
    • You can disconnect your email account at any time from the Connected Accounts page

    6. Subscriptions & Payments

    • Free tier users receive a limited number of credits per month
    • Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or annually through Stripe
    • You may cancel your subscription at any time; access continues until the end of the billing period
    • Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis
    • We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice

    7. Intellectual Property

    The Service, including its design, features, and content, is owned by EmailSneak. You retain ownership of the content you create (email sequences, campaign data). You grant us a limited license to process your content solely to provide the Service.

    8. Disclaimers

    • The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind
    • We do not guarantee email deliverability, open rates, or response rates
    • We are not responsible for the accuracy of email addresses found through our search tool
    • AI-generated content is provided as a starting point — you are responsible for reviewing and approving all emails before sending

    9. Limitation of Liability

    To the maximum extent permitted by law, EmailSneak shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the Service.

    10. Termination

    We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

    11. Changes to Terms

    We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
